CONNFLY晨翔电子现有员工450人，占地20亩，总建筑面积40,000m2，拥有各类自行设计自动机260多台，无尘生产线60多条，日本进口纯电动低压高速注塑成型机40多台，日本进口超高速精密冲床20多台，精密压铸机1台；模具加工设备有日本沙迪克慢走丝3台，台湾磨床18台，电火花机5台，精密雕刻机1台，激光焊接机1台，铣床3台，快走丝6台。CONNFLY晨翔电子正在实行工业变革并已经导入ERP、PDM及CRM软件，目前正在积极构建MES生产制造集成系统，预计2025年将真正实现工业4.0模式！
